Membership Rules & Regulations

Welcome to The Cypress Club. As a member of our private indoor golf lounge, you agree to the following rules and regulations designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members and their guests.

1. Respect for Facility & Equipment

• All members must treat Club property, including Trackman simulators, furniture, and amenities, with care and respect.
• Any malicious, negligent, or abusive use of the simulators or facility will result in immediate termination of membership with no refund.
• Members are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

2. Cleanliness & Responsibility

• Members are required to clean up any personal messes before leaving the facility.
• Cleaning supplies and disposal bins are provided onsite for your convenience.
• The Club is a shared space—please leave it as clean or cleaner than you found it.

3. Guest Policy

• Members may bring guests in accordance with the current guest policy. All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.
• Members are fully responsible for the behavior, safety, and rule compliance of their guests.
• Guests may not use the facility independently or remain onsite after the member has departed.
• Cypress Access members must ensure they pay their guest fee before entering the facility. If the guest fee is not paid, $50 will be charged to your card on file for each guest brought to The Cypress Club. If guest fees aren’t paid more than 3 times your membership will be terminated with no refund. 

4. Booking & Access

• Simulator use must be reserved in advance through the Club’s booking system.
• Members must start and end sessions on time out of respect for others’ reservations.
• Sharing access credentials or attempting to bypass the booking system may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Behavior & Conduct

• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior—including but not limited to intoxication, aggression, or excessive noise—will not be tolerated.
• The Club reserves the right to revoke access or terminate membership without refund for conduct violations.

6. Club Property & Personal Belongings

• Do not remove any Club-owned items from the facility, including remotes, clubs, balls, or supplies.
• The Cypress Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

7. Alcohol & Food

• Members may bring in beverages and light snacks unless otherwise restricted.
• Glass containers are prohibited near simulators.
• Please dispose of all trash properly and clean up spills immediately using provided supplies.

8. Dress Code & Footwear

• Clean golf shoes or athletic shoes are required. No metal spikes are allowed.
• Shirts must be worn at all times. Golf or casual athletic attire is preferred.

9. Reporting Issues

• Any damage, malfunction, or suspicious activity should be reported immediately to Club staff or management.
• Members are encouraged to help maintain a positive, safe atmosphere by reporting violations respectfully and promptly.

By becoming a member, you agree to comply with these rules and understand that violations may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of membership.
