Do I need to bring clubs?
Yes, The Cypress Club does not provide clubs unless an expert club fitting event
occurs.
How do I enter the space if its unmanned?
You will receive a code when a booking is made that is typed into the key pad on
the door when you arrive for your booking. This code will work for the duration of
your booking to enter/exit and expire once its ends.
Can I bring kids?
For everybody’s safety please only bring your children if they are participating in
the game. This ensures everybody can focus on the game and enjoy their
experience.
Can I host a private event at The Cypress Club?
Looking for a space to host a private event? Please inquire about events of any
kind from birthday parties to company events using our contact form on the contact page.
Are there any additional fees on bookings with our membership?
There are no additional fees for hours played, your membership includes unlimited usage! The only limitation is that you may hold up to 3 hours on the tee sheet at any given time (this can be split across multiple bookings). There will only be additional fees for Tournaments/League entries which go to prizes and Guest fees for Cypress Access Members.
Can I bring more than 4 guests as an elite member?
We kindly ask that you limit your group to 4 guests per visit. For larger gatherings, such as private events or corporate outings, you’re welcome to inquire about reserving multiple bays for extended periods – we’re happy to coordinate these in advance.
Can I bring my child in for lessons if I am present?
You’re absolutely permitted to bring your child, as long as you enter the facility together. This exception applies to children 18 and under. Additionally, the instructor will schedule the lesson separately so it doesn’t count against your reserved booking hours.
